Kesli Aiken

Kesli Aiken, joins Jones Hill as our Care Coordinator. Kesli is the first voice you'll hear and the person who makes sure every detail is in place before you ever walk through our door. She brings a background in retail management with Gap, Inc. — where she spent over a decade leading teams and learning that the difference between a good experience and an exceptional one lives almost entirely in the details. Having lived and worked across the United States and abroad — including time in the United Kingdom, Moldova, Russia, and Hungary — she understands that families come to Jones Hill from different places and different experiences, and she meets each one exactly where they are. At Jones Hill, we believe the experience of being a client should feel personal from the very first phone call. Kesli is how we make that happen.
