She has a special interest in pregnancy & postpartum mental health and the changes in identity, relationships, and daily life that can accompany becoming a parent. Her approach is collaborative and practical, helping clients build on their strengths and develop realistic strategies that fit their lives.
Kara’s experience in hospitals, medical settings, and reproductive health clinics informs her understanding of the connection between emotional well-being and physical health. She considers how stress, habits, health, and everyday demands interact, while keeping each client’s priorities at the center of the work.
